Devaun Park dues are $1440 per year. The dues support a clubhouse and pool, a park along the Calabash River, reserve contributions and maintenance of all our roads which are private. Also, included are landscaping and upkeep of common areas.

Residents who wish to sponsor and event or rent the clubhouse place a request with our management company which handles any forms or payments that might be required.

Devaun Park covenants require Architectural Review Committee approval on a case-by-case basis. In my personal view, this requirement is largely ignored with a number of properties having various yard art displays of varying degrees. There is nothing that is over extensive or offensive such that action has been taken. Residents tend to police themselves.

Devaun Park has experienced very little crime.

Devaun Park does not allow any type of rock, gravel or stone ground cover.

Sandpiper Bay 's ARC Guidelines states "The majority of the front and rear yard areas to remain a grass lawn". Therefore, our ARC committee would reject any artificial turf installation.
