Brick Landing Plantation Master Association requires a majority of Directors for a quorum. We have 12 Directors which requires a minimum of 7 for a quorum.

Winding Rivers POC pool is taken care of by Carolina Swim. Its restrooms by Complete Clean. Our Beach House pool is taken care of by Champion Pool and its restrooms by Complete Clean.

From Winding River's Rules and Regulations: Solar collectors are encouraged, and Federal Tax Credits for Consumer Energy Efficiency may apply. Requests will be considered on an individual basis and must clearly indicate how the collectors will be installed to minimize the visual impact.

Meadowlands is 295 per quarter. This includes maintenance of common areas (landscaping and upkeep) and the Amenities Center/Pool/Fitness Room.
