At Winding River Plantation, we do not; however, it has been proposed as a special project in the past and was previously denied due to other projects in that year benefiting a great number of residents and/or budgetary restraints. The proposals are always for gas to adhere to the community governing documents.

At Winding River Plantation, as part of our HOA package policy, volunteers are included in the GL and errors and omissions portion while performing duties related to the conduct of the business.

Meadowlands is 295 per quarter. This includes maintenance of common areas (landscaping and upkeep) and the Amenities Center/Pool/Fitness Room.

At Winding River: Overall no, as we impose more stringent guidelines than required which allows the ARC to consider variances and still stay within the setback requirements of the municipality.

Meadowlands at this time does not have a gate. We are looking into possibly adding another one due to all the cut through traffic we are experiencing with developments growing in the area.

At Winding River Plantation, we have used Earney & Company for at least the past eight years, and we are currently in year two of a four-year contract with them.
