All of our amenities at Winding River Plantation are gated or have access control mechanisms which greatly reduces access by non-members. We utilize appropriate signage indicated access is restricted to members and guests. At Winding River: Overall no, as we impose more stringent guidelines than required which allows the ARC to consider variances and still stay within the setback requirements of the municipality.

St. James Plantation's streets are private. We have 71 miles of roads with most streets within the various neighborhoods having a posted speed of 20 mph.
