At Winding River Plantation, we have used Earney & Company for at least the past eight years, and we are currently in year two of a four-year contract with them. At Winding River Plantation, the review fee is $600, road impact fee is $5,000 and refundable construction bond is $7,500. Submitted by Robin Edwardsen

At Winding River Plantation, we do not; however, it has been proposed as a special project in the past and was previously denied due to other projects in that year benefiting a great number of residents and/or budgetary restraints. The proposals are always for gas to adhere to the community governing documents.

At Winding River Plantation, as part of our HOA package policy, volunteers are included in the GL and errors and omissions portion while performing duties related to the conduct of the business.
