The Alliance of Brunswick County Property Owners Association (ABCPOA) is sponsoring our fifth Forum for our members. It will be held at Brunswick Community College.
This forum is intended as an excellent training session for POA/HOA board and committee members of our member communities. There is NO CHARGE for the forum. Past attendees have found the Forum to be an excellent opportunity to share ideas and experiences with other ABCPOA members. There will be a question-and-answer allowance during each presentation. A light breakfast and lunch will be served for this approximately 6-hour session.
Some of the ‘planned’ topics include:
- Presentation by Brunswick County leaders
- Legal update
- Insurance presentation
- Crisis management
- Storm water management
Approximately 4 weeks prior to the presentation date, further details will be forwarded regarding, topics, presenter’s credentials, and schedule of events.
