Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the ABCPOA are held at 7:00 pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month as necessary at the BEMC location or in a virtual format as the agenda and topics may determine.

Directors selected from each Member Association constitutes the Board of Directors. The agenda and meeting materials including minutes of prior meetings, committee reports, and discussion materials are distributed on the Monday preceding the regular meeting.
