Arbor Creek does not use Astro or artificial turf and is not allowed per our archtiectural standards.

Sandpiper Bay 's ARC Guidelines states "The majority of the front and rear yard
areas to remain a grass lawn". Therefore, our ARC committee would reject any artificial
turf installation.
