St. James uses Bland Landscaping for all common areas, including the main entrance. Currently, the main entrance is being completely revamped due to the expansion of Rt. 211. The maintenance contractor for the new area after completion has not been determined.

Devaun Park has not used that particular lighting option.

St. James uses Dragonfly Pond Works for our 158 ponds. They do a great job and have been the contractor here for about 8 years.

Sunset Ridge Master Association has NCDOT maintained public roads and public right of ways.  All telcom are in the public ROW.

Sunset Ridge uses HOA Total Access and our communications committee is the administrator .

Sunset Ridge does not use a financial advisor.

Devaun Park does not have specific policy regarding pet bites or attacks.

St. James' ACC Guidelines does not mention the use of rubber mulch in the landscape, only wood-based mulch options.

Devaun Park has had community volunteers assist in minor construction, electrical or plumbing repairs and projects.  I am not aware of any circumstances where this assistance has been used when a license or permit is required by law.
