Winding River does not heat or cool its pools.

We use A+ Pro, Sheila Smeltzer and her team continue to do a great job and are very responsive.

Meadowlands is 295 per quarter. This includes maintenance of common areas (landscaping and upkeep) and the Amenities Center/Pool/Fitness Room.

Meadowlands at this time does not have a gate. We are looking into possibly adding another one due to all the cut through traffic we are experiencing with developments growing in the area.
