Rivers Edge has vehicle access control -gate and guards- and has had no reported crime. It also helps deter soliciting.

The only crime the Riverside POA is aware of lately is a rumor of illicit drug transactions.

Sandpiper Bay has experienced very little crime over the last few years. Sunset Beach police patrol our development on a regular basis. In addition, we have video monitors recording every vehicle entering and leaving the development.

Devaun Park has experienced very little crime.

Meadowlands has experienced some recent porch/garage pirates. I would like the board to consider re-adding the arms mainly for traffic reasons. But this might be another good reason to think about.
