As most of you are aware, the ABCPOA is actively working on a redesign of the Association’s website.  Since all of our organizations share similar characteristics, we would like you to provide the following information:

  • Current hosting contractor
  • Website design language
  • Website design services provider
  • How satisfied/dissatisfied with your current providers
  • Other contractor we should consider in website design and hosting

It is imperative that we receive your feedback so that we can improve our website to serve our members better.

Brick Landing Plantation uses HOA Express.  It's a canned software platform that is OK but has many limitations.

Per our Web Admin Director:

We currently use HOA Express to host our website. It's simple to use with built in templates for creating pages with documents, pictures etc. Their customer support is very prompt when needed and the yearly cost is manageable depending upon the member count.

Overall it's sufficient for our community...one hindrance would be that the administrator is limited in it's ability to control member account info. (update mailing addresses, reset passwords etc..)
