Our ACC is reviewing our impact fees and builder bond amounts. What are you charging the builders in your community?

Ocean Ride doesn’t collet the builder fees and or bonds it is done by the declarant but I believe it’s about $5K

At Winding River Plantation, the review fee is $600, road impact fee is $5,000 and refundable construction bond is $7,500. Submitted by Robin Edwardsen
