I'll let Jim Hill give specifics for Sunset Ridge. Mainscape does some, volunteer residents and a company was just hired for work on trees at our entrance. Jim can give more specifics.

Meadowlands Subdivision in Calabash uses Greenskeeper  Wendy Bennett 910-443-1593.  We have an annual contract with them.

Devaun Park has an ongoing contract for landscaping on its common areas.  While I do not speak for our board, I would hesitate to make a recommendation in this regard.

St. James uses Bland Landscaping for all common areas, including the main entrance. Currently, the main entrance is being completely revamped due to the expansion of Rt. 211. The maintenance contractor for the new area after completion has not been determined.
