Sandpiper Bay has been satisfied with our previous auditor. They did a decent job but were linked to our previous management company. This year we will utilize our new management company’s recommendation, but have not had any contact with them yet.

At Winding River Plantation, we have used Earney & Company for at least the past eight years, and we are currently in year two of a four-year contract with them. In 2023 we put out an RFP and awarded Earney the contract. The RFP was employed to review services and pricing for other providers and not as a reflection of service received. Earney is easy to work with, efficient and genuinely streamlines the process.
