For 2026 Brunswick Plantations monthly dues for single family homes will be raised to 100 dollars per month. The fee covers insurance, amenities, maintenance, landscaping, security etc

Riversea’s dues are presently $110/month but will increase to $125/month in 2026. Includes use of all amenities.

Sandpiper Bay HOA dues are $450 paid semiannually. Amenities include Pool/Hot tub, Fitness Room, Tennis/ Pickleball, Library, Club house, and Maintenance of all common grounds.

Winding River HOA dues are $174 a month, paid quarterly. Pays for insurance, reserve funds, weekly garbage pickup, landscape services, road maintenance, admin expenses and preservation of our extensive amenities which includes large Property Owners club house with pool, fitness center, grills and outdoor gathering center, pickleball / tennis courts and deck, Bocce ball courts and pavilion; Lockwood Folly River Club House with marina, kayak launch, screen porch, library, picnic tables and grills, fish cleaning table, boat cleaning area and kayak racks; large secured boat and RV storage area; Holden Beach marina on the ICW, ocean front club house with pool, gated parking, showers and more.

Devaun Park dues are $1440 per year. The dues support a clubhouse and pool, a park along the Calabash River, reserve contributions and maintenance of all our roads which are private. Also, included are landscaping and upkeep of common areas.

Meadowlands is 295 per quarter. This includes maintenance of common areas (landscaping and upkeep) and the Amenities Center/Pool/Fitness Room.
