What is your percentage for a quorum in your HOA Bylaws?

Sandpiper Bay plans on seeking to amend our Bylaws. At the core is a quorum reduction from 51% to 35%. Could everyone please provide me with information from your bylaws as to what constitutes a quorum of your membership.

Bent Tree Plantation requires 20% to be present in person or by proxy to constitute a quorum.

Devaun Park requires a 1/3 of membership quorum either in person or by proxy.

Brick Landing Plantation Master Association requires a majority of Directors for a quorum. We have 12 Directors which requires a minimum of 7 for a quorum.
