Brunswick Plantation has Waccamaw Management handling our community, after a bumpy start we now now have the proper people in place. They do a great job of handling all of the issues they face daily.

Sandpiper Bay uses Premier Management. Our board and our finance committee is very satisfied with their performance.

Sunset Ridge uses Premiere Management. My opinion as a resident is they're average. I think they could do much better at timeliness of communication, addressing issues and follow up of issues presented that are their responsibility, in comparison to other companies I deal with regularly as a real estate broker. Understanding also, these are 2 very different roles.

Winding River uses CAMS (Community Association Management System). We have a long and trusted relationship with them. We are fortunate to have several dedicated CAMS representatives on site in our POC offices. You can learn more through their website: camsmgt.com.
