Devaun Park Golf Cart and Low Speed Vehicle Rules 1. St. James does not use an outside architect to review home build plants or modifications.

St. James has used Community Association Services (CAS) for many years. About two years ago, CAS was acquired by a firm from Sweden called Odevo. Odevo has aggressively acquired numerous community association management companies as their business model, including others in NC. Sandpiper Bay does not have a single person in the position of Facilities Manager.  We have a facilities committee that oversees all property issues and reports directly to the board.

Function will probably precede form. The website should focus on the current and future challenges and events. Educate the users about the issues and events that impact them and their communities. Sandpiper Bay Community Wide Yard Sales, single day events, are allowed at a predetermined site, e.g., Residents’ Center on a regular basis, typically annually. Sellers at these events are open to all community residents in good standing subject to capacity constraints. The final list of sellers will then be determined via registration date.
